In the contemporary world, full and fuller with differences and diversity, what sometimes goes unseen and undercover is the terms we use to address people, their histories and heritage and base their survival on colloquial terms that have bordered on their identities, merged with judgment and discrimination. We also overlook the fact that they might not necessarily approve of it or that a flash of bad memories might come running back. If not this, our identification of these communities, groups or even backgrounds might lead them to self-doubt, for no apparent reason. Therefore, it is important for us to monitor the usage of terms and rightly not, to stop them from being used and encouraged in social circles.
